Slade has exhibited his paintings in a variety of one-man and group shows. He is known for both his Abstracts and for his silhouette "Portraits," of which he has exhibited three series: Jazz, Rastas, and Women. He has recently completed a commission of nearly 20 paintings for The Charlesmark, a European-style boutique hotel located in Copley Square, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Slade has also produced promotional flyers for musical events, novelty t-shirts, and an extensive collection of CD and LP covers.
